My journey into photography began when my husband gifted me a DSLR camera for Christmas. Suddenly, the challenge of freezing the action in sports photography felt within reach. I became obsessed with capturing those perfect moments — spending years on the field and court, honing my skills and learning the art of timing, focus, and storytelling through the lens.
Discovering landscapes made my heart sing
My landscape photography journey started with a leap of faith—signing up for a landscape workshop that transformed the way I saw the world. Exploring breathtaking scenery and witnessing nature's beauty in new ways has been incredibly fulfilling, adding depth and meaning to my creative journey. Each adventure continues to inspire me, filling my heart and camera with unforgettable moments.

I didn’t always know photography was my calling. It wasn’t until my kids were grown and independent that I truly discovered my passion. Before that, I focused mainly on sports and portraits. But everything shifted when I took a leap and attended a landscape photography workshop—it completely transformed me, opening my eyes to the world and to who I am!
Now, my love for adventure and discovery is stronger than ever. I’m excited to explore new places beyond Minnesota and share my photography journey with you
